This recipe came about because I got a new logo:
It got me so excited that I wanted to make a smoothie clone of the drink I had in the logo. In the cupboards I already had the glass and the straw that matched, so I just needed a good recipe to pour inside. Out came the blender and I started brainstorming. I ended up with a delicious dairy-free green smoothie.

In order to match the logo it needed to be green, so add spinach. I was in the mood for a drink on the sweeter side, so I added a banana and white grape juice. Pineapple has gone well with spinach in the past, and mango goes with pineapple. All the ingredients came together in the blender to create a scrumptious concoction with a bit of a spicy bite to it.

The green 101


Makes 3-4 servings.

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cups white grape juice
​2 cups spinach
1 large banana
2 cups frozen pineapple
2 cups frozen mango chunks

1. Add all of the ingredients into the blender in the order they are listed and blend on high until smooth.

2. Pour and enjoy.
