Creamsicles are a great frozen treat, so why not turn them into a great smoothie? This one is a great crowd-pleaser and was definitely given the family approval. For both old and young it is a tasty treat that is sure to hit the right spot on a hot summer day. Just like eating a popsicle. 
It’s not quite as simple as taking the sweet popsicles themselves and throwing them in the blender (note to self: give that one a try…) but it is a very easy recipe. Just 4 ingredients will get you a tasty treat that reminds you of carefree summer days in the sun and by the pool.

Creamsicle Smoothie

Makes about 2 servings.

Ingredients:
1 large orange (or about 4 of the little Halos/Cuties)
1 yogurt cup (6 oz. or about 2/3 cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups mango

1. Peel the orange.
2. Add all of the ingredients in the order listed into the blender and mix on high until smooth.
3. Pour and enjoy.
